Apartment of about 80 square meter with independent entrance, double bedroom, twin-beds bedroom, large living room with kitchenette, two bathrooms with shower, storage room and completely fenced outdoor space, that can be used as parking space or equipped with table and chairs for relaxing in the open air.
The apartment is comfortably suitable for four persons but on request it is possible to add two persons on the sofa bed with an additional expence. Thanks to the small view on the lake and the mountains as well as the available outdoor space you will for sure spend a pleasant holiday here.

Check-In: 3.30 pm - 7.00 pm. If you are arriving after 7.00 pm please send us a message through whatsapp to number +39 329 124 93 76 (Antonio) informing about your arrival time. Check-Out: within 10:30 am. If you are leaving before 09.00 am please leave the keys in the apartment and send us a message the previous evening through whatsapp to number +39 329 124 93 76 (Antonio) informing about your departure time.
Cancellation:
The guest may cancel the reservation without any charge until 21 days before the arrival date. In case the reservation is cancelled during the 21 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
If you don't arrive:
If the guest does not arrive, we shall keep the advance payment or we shall withdraw the amount of the complete stay from the guarentee credit card.
Interruption fo the stay:
If the guest interrupts the stay, no repayment will occurr and the amount of the complete stay that was booked will be charged.
