The accommodation is located in Germignaga, in one of the most beautiful areas of Germignaga, surrounded by greenery and with a stunning lake view, just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Germignaga.

The apartment, measuring approximately 125 sqm, can accommodate up to eight people.
It features a spacious double bedroom, two bedrooms with bunk beds, a large living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with showers and a practical internal storage room.
One of the main highlights of the property is its three terraces, from which guests can enjoy a stunning view of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains.
The main terrace, measuring approximately 40 sqm, offers an ideal space to relax, have lunch and dine outdoors while enjoying the view of the lake. At the rear, another terrace is particularly suitable for breakfasts in the sunshine and quiet moments.
The property also includes a private and fully fenced outdoor area, adjacent to the accommodation, with enough space to comfortably park two cars.

LOCATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION
Casa Elena is located in Germignaga (Varese), in a pleasant residential area characterised, during the summer period, by a particularly pleasant climate, especially during the evening and night.
The centre of Germignaga can be reached in about ten minutes on foot; the route includes a short section with a gentle uphill slope. Here you will find the “Il Boschetto” park and the “Le Fontanelle” beach with facilities, also ideal for families with children who wish to spend a day on Lake Maggiore.
Luino can be reached with a walk of approximately fifteen minutes. The town is also known for its traditional Wednesday weekly market, one of the best known in the area.
In the vicinity of the accommodation, also on foot, it is possible to enjoy panoramic hikes and follow routes connected to the historic Linea Cadorna, a defensive system dating back to the First World War.
Luino railway station is located approximately five minutes away by car.
Milan Malpensa Airport is approximately fifty minutes away by car.
Just a few minutes by car from the accommodation, the main services are also available, including supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

Along Lake Maggiore there are also other beaches that can be easily reached by car, particularly in the direction of Castelveccana and Maccagno con Pino e Veddasca.

Luino can also be reached on foot in approximately 15 minutes, making it easy to visit the well-known weekly market held every Wednesday.

Locarno and Bellinzona: approximately fifty minutes;
Como: approximately one hour.
During your stay, it is also possible to visit the islands of Lake Maggiore and several destinations in Piedmont, also interesting for food and wine itineraries and routes related to wine production.
Milan can also be reached using rail connections from Luino station.
