The property has been renovated while preserving the charm of the traditional village houses and combining it with comfortable, welcoming interiors and high-quality finishes.
Just a few minutes away, also within walking distance, is Caldè, also known as "the Portofino of Lake Maggiore", with its picturesque lakefront, beaches and pleasant areas where you can relax close to the water.
The location allows guests to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of a small Lombard village while remaining within easy reach of the lake and several tourist destinations in the area.

THE ACCOMMODATION
Casa Lea is an apartment of approximately 90 sqm, located on the first floor of a small building with only two residential units, set within a characteristic village courtyard.
The apartment has been renovated to a high standard while retaining some elements that reflect the style and atmosphere of the traditional homes of the area.
It can accommodate up to seven guests and is particularly suitable for families and groups.
The accommodation includes:
one double bedroom for two guests;
a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, suitable for up to three guests;
a living room with a sofa bed suitable for two children;
a fully equipped kitchen, also suitable for longer stays;
