THE ACCOMMODATION
The approximately 30 sqm apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests and is suitable for couples, solo travellers or professionals who wish to stay in central Luino and move around comfortably on foot.
The renovation, completed in 2026, was carried out with the aim of preserving, as far as possible, the characteristics and typical charm of a historic town-centre residence.
The accommodation consists of:
a bright double bedroom;
a living room with a small kitchenette, suitable for preparing breakfast and simple meals;
a private bathroom with shower.
The kitchenette is equipped with a hob, refrigerator, kettle, crockery and kitchen utensils, allowing guests to prepare breakfast, snacks and simple meals independently during their stay.
The central location is one of the accommodation’s main advantages: the lakeside promenade, bars, restaurants, shops and services are all within easy walking distance.
Due to its location in the heart of Luino and close to bars, restaurants and other local activities, some outside noise may occasionally be heard, especially during the summer season, particularly at the busiest times in the town centre.

OUTDOOR SPACES AND DISTINCTIVE FEATURES
The accommodation does not have private outdoor spaces, but its location makes it very easy to enjoy central Luino and Lake Maggiore outdoors.
Simply cross the road to reach the lakeside promenade, ideal for walks, relaxing moments and spending time near the water while enjoying views of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains.
The central location also means that shops, bars, restaurants and services are just a few steps away, making it possible to organise much of the day without necessarily using a car.
Another distinctive feature of the location is its proximity to the traditional Luino weekly market, held every Wednesday in the town centre. On market day, the streets come alive with numerous stalls offering food products, clothing, household items and many other goods.

By crossing the road, guests can reach the lakeside promenade and the ferry landing, from where, depending on the available services, it is possible to travel across the lake and reach different destinations.
Luino railway station is also within walking distance and offers connections towards Milan and nearby Switzerland.
Thanks to its central location, guests can easily combine lakeside walks, visits to nearby towns and day trips, even without necessarily using a car.
