VILL’ALLEGRA – Panoramic villa with two apartments on Lake Maggiore

Vill’Allegra is located in Germignaga, in a peaceful setting just a few minutes’ walk from the shores of Lake Maggiore.
The detached villa consists of two separate, fully equipped apartments arranged over two floors.
It can accommodate up to 7 guests in total, making it an ideal solution for families or groups who wish to stay together while still enjoying separate living spaces.
The centre of Germignaga can be reached in approximately fifteen minutes on foot. Here you will find Le Fontanelle beach, with an equipped beach area, bar, facilities and large green spaces, as well as Il Boschetto Park, surrounded by greenery and ideal for walks and relaxing moments.

THE ACCOMMODATION
Vill’Allegra consists of two independent apartments. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
The property also offers one private parking space for one car.
For a second car, public parking is available approximately 200 metres from the property.
On the upper floor is the Buena Vista apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It features a double bedroom for two people, a bright living room with a sofa bed for two additional guests, a fully equipped kitchen suitable even for longer stays, and a bathroom with shower.
One of the main highlights of the apartment is the spacious panoramic terrace, offering pleasant views of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains. During the summer, it is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors while admiring the lake.
On the ground floor is the La DA.MA apartment, suitable for up to 3 guests.
The apartment features a double bedroom for two people, a living room with a sofa bed for one guest, a small equipped kitchenette for preparing simple meals, and a complete bathroom.
A small private terrace completes the apartment and is ideal for enjoying pleasant moments outdoors.
The sleeping arrangements therefore allow Vill’Allegra to accommodate a total of 7 guests:
4 guests in the Buena Vista apartment and 3 guests in the La DA.MA apartment.

Vill’Allegra’s location allows guests to reach the centre of Germignaga and several green areas near Lake Maggiore within a few minutes on foot.
Its proximity to Luino also provides easy access to the railway station, with connections towards Milan and Switzerland.
Several walking trails suitable for everyone can be reached directly from the property, offering wonderful views of the lake and the opportunity to discover sections of the historic Cadorna Line.

BEACHES AND LAKE MAGGIORE
The Lombardy shore of Lake Maggiore offers numerous beaches, green areas and pleasant lakeside promenades where you can spend relaxing days, swim or simply enjoy a walk by the water.
Starting from the northern area, in Maccagno con Pino e Veddasca you will find the Lido di Maccagno and Parco Giona, one of the best-known bathing areas of northern Lake Maggiore, with spacious areas near the water and plenty of greenery.
